- How to update availability? Grocers don't have a stock management tool.
- Grocers have duplicate names and prices mainly because of typos. Ex: Melis pickles, Mellis pickles, Melis pikcles are the same referring to the product.
- Independent grocers carry unique products, therefore good quality images and descriptions aren't available.
- How to offer shop owners to update their catalog?
Price
- How to show prices based on shop vs global price?
Logistics
- Shipping from multiple stores is difficult. How to collect items from multiple stores and how to account for delivery cost?
Customer service
- How to update the customer about missing items?
- How do we do the consolation between initial orders and what's being delivered?
- How to suggest alternatives and get customer's consent?
- Does Myjam take the full responsibility or enable the shop to do it?
Order fulfillment
- How do we assign new orders to shoppers?
- Can a shop owner become a shopper? If so, what training they need?
