• How to update availability? Grocers don't have a stock management tool.
• Grocers have duplicate names and prices mainly because of typos. Ex: Melis pickles, Mellis pickles, Melis pikcles are the same referring to the product.
• Independent grocers carry unique products, therefore good quality images and descriptions aren't available.
• How to offer shop owners to update their catalog?

Price

• How to show prices based on shop vs global price?

Logistics

• Shipping from multiple stores is difficult. How to collect items from multiple stores and how to account for delivery cost?

Customer service

• How to update the customer about missing items?
• How do we do the consolation between initial orders and what's being delivered?
• How to suggest alternatives and get customer's consent?
• Does Myjam take the full responsibility or enable the shop to do it?

Order fulfillment

• How do we assign new orders to shoppers?
• Can a shop owner become a shopper? If so, what training they need?
